Drop off your documents with one of our tax specialists. Please include information regarding any changes in your personal information, tax circumstances and include your contact phone number.

A Tax Specialist will contact you with any questions they may have and when your tax return has been completed.

Print off the Authorization Form and the Client Information Form. Fill out the applicable information and include with your documents at the time of drop off, or you can email it to one of our Tax Specialists.
